Every order is fine-tuned and packed with care at our workshop, Monday to Friday. We aim to get your gear ready to ship within 48 hours—quicker than a pentatonic fret run!
Weekend warriors, take note! We take a break on weekends and holidays, so no shipping happens then.
Need your order to hit the fast lane? Reach out, and we’ll do our best to turn up the speed.
Delivery Times
- Spain: Your gear should land within 1-3 days.
- International: Expect 2-5 business days (some areas might take a bit longer)
Make sure your shipping details are spot on so your tone-craft boost gets to you without a hitch! A phone number helps too—just in case we need to give you a heads-up.
Tracking Your Order

- Outside the EU? Customs duties might apply upon delivery, and those will be your responsibility. Keep that in mind before checkout.
