Refund policy

Got a buzzkill? No worries, we’ve got your back!

If your gear arrives with a defect, we’ll make it right. Just follow these steps:

 - Report it fast! Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Shoot us an email with photos and details.

 - What happens next? If we confirm the defect, we’ll send you a replacement—no sweat. If we need to check it further, we’ll ask you to send it back for inspection.

 - Return shipping costs: You cover the return shipping upfront. If we confirm it was our slip-up, we’ll refund that cost and get a fresh unit sent your way.

 - If there’s no confirmed defect, we’ll let you know. If you still want the product back, you’ll need to cover the return shipping.


Return Conditions

Not all returns rock the same way. Here’s what you need to know:

- Proof of purchase is key. Have your order number and ID ready.

- You’ve got 14 days from purchase to request a return or exchange—after that, we can’t accept it. 

- Item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging. If it’s been through a jam session already, we can’t take it back.

- Refunds are issued in the same payment method and currency.  

- For manufacturer defects, return the product with all original packaging and tags attached. 


Order Cancelation

Changed your mind? Here’s the deal:

- Cancel before confirmation: If your order hasn’t been confirmed yet, you can request a cancellation—no problem.
 - Once confirmed, it’s locked in. We can’t cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.
 - If a deposit was made before cancellation, we’ll issue a credit note instead of a refund.
